Why should I trust you if you are an affiliate and are just doing this for the money?

I became an affiliate AFTER I was a No Hassle Website client and fan for years/months. How quickly will I be able to start working on my website once I pay?

Shortly after you make the payment for your No Hassle Website, you will receive an email with a link to fill out a form. Within 24-48 hours from the time you fill out the form and give us access to your cpanel (hosting), or request to host your website for free (for 6 months) on our hosting service, we will install your No Hassle Website 3.0 and provide you with your login credentials, instructions and invitation to join our support group. At that point, you will be able to start setting up and customizing your website, and plugging in all your text and images!

How long will it take me to finish my website?

Once we install your No Hassle Website 3.0 (on our hosting service or yours), you will be able to start setting up and customizing your website, and plugging in all your text and images (don’t stress! We provide detailed instructions and tutorials on how to do everything). Depending on how prepared you are in advance with your text and images, you could finish your website in as little as a few hours/days, but of course it depends on your pace and how long it will take you to write your text etc. A very reasonable time frame of completion is 1-3 weeks, assuming you invest several hours a day working on it.

Is it REALLY only $99? Are there any hidden costs?

It REALLY is only $99 (one time fee!) for the DIY option, and there are no hidden costs! However, we offer a few more services/products/upgrades you may want to consider:

  • No Hassle Website DIY+: If you choose the No Hassle Website DIY PLUS option, it means that in addition to your No Hassle Website 3.0, you will also get a “Booster” pack which includes a few tools/checklist/workbook/templates that will help you complete your website even faster. Don’t feel any pressure to add the Booster to your order, and only get it if you feel like you could use that extra boost 😉 and it’s within your budget. Cost: $67 one-time (in addition to the $99 for the website).
  • No Hassle Website DFY: If you choose the Done For You option during checkout, it means that with your No Hassle Website 3.0, you will also get our DFY service where our team will actually be doing about 95% of all the set up, editing and customization work of your website instead of you doing it! Cost: $297 one-time (in addition to the $99 for the website).
  • Hosting: We offer FREE hosting for 6 months if you don’t already have a hosting service or if you would like to switch over. It’s only $9/month after that (you can switch to another hosting service at any time). Cost: Free for 6 months, then $9/month, cancel at any time.
  • Temporary Hosting while you are working on your new website so that your current website will not be down during that time: If you already have a website and domain and do not want them to be unavailable while you are working on your No Hassle Website (no matter where you want to host it later), we can host your new website on a temporary location and temporary domain, while you are working on it, and switch over to your regular domain when you are ready. Cost: $15 one time fee.

Do I need to have my own domain & hosting service?

Domain – If you don’t already own a domain name, you will need to buy one through GoDaddy.com or a similar company. Most new domain names cost only around $12!

Hosting Service – Your No Hassle Website can be hosted on your own hosting service or on our hosting service. We offer FREE hosting for 6 months if you don’t already have a hosting service or if you would like to switch over. It’s only $9/month after that (you can switch to another hosting service at any time).

What if I need help?

There is nothing we pride ourselves more than our lifetime support and customer service! If you have ANY question or if you are stuck on ANYTHING while you are working on your website – all you need to do is open a support ticket and help will be on the way in no time! Also, as a No Hassle Website customer, you also get FREE access to our closed Facebook Group where you can get technical help, and access to unique and exclusive new training regularly. In our Facebook Group you will also find a Database of FAQ and a ton of answers, tutorials and videos for additional things and features people have asked for already. You are not alone on this journey and we have yet to leave anyone “stuck” with an issue! We will work with you and help you solve the problem or challenge in the group, by making a special video tutorial for you or even by logging into your website and fixing the issue for you.

Is this a WordPress website?

YES! Your No Hassle Website 3.0 is built on WordPress with the Divi Theme and Divi Page Builder, which means you can do pretty much anything you can imagine – add, remove, modify and customize any aspect and element of the look and content of your site, with a few easy clicks on your mouse.

Having a self-hosted WordPress website means that you always have 100% control over your website, you own it and you can customize it to your needs.

Can I add/remove/modify/customize any page on my website?

You sure can! While we have created a website that probably fits 90% of the needs of 90% of entrepreneurs who want to have a successful online presence, we understand that we cannot create a “one-size fits all” website, and some small tweaks/modifications will be necessary to fully match your unique brand and needs. We already created a few demos you can choose from to show you how the look can change, but you can customize any part of your website as well.

I am totally non-techie - can I still build my own No Hassle Website 3.0

While No Hassle Websites have always been easy to build even for non-techies, with No Hassle Website 3.0 we took this promise to a whole new level! No Hassle Website 3.0 includes a unique, exclusive plug-and-play feature that makes it almost impossible not to be able to complete quickly 😍! If you can  copy and paste – you can build your No Hassle Website 3.0!

Will it be difficult? Maybe, at times, but just stay calm, follow the instructions and carry on, you can do it! If you encounter any issues, just contact us and we will be happy to help you figure it out or you can simply ask your question in our FREE closed Facebook Group (open to all No Hassle Website customers) where you will also find a large database of questions/answers already.

Can I build my new website while my current one is still up?

YES! We can help you with this in 2 ways:

  1. If you want to keep your own hosting, we can host your new website temporarily on our own server where you will be able to build your website at your own pace, and then switch you over to your current hosting service when you are ready. This service costs a one time $15 fee.
  2. If you want to switch over to our free hosting (free for 6 months and after that only $9/month), then we can simply install your new website on our server where you can build it at your own pace, and when you are ready to switch to the new website, you will simply have to point your Domain nameservers to our hosting (and cancel your old hosting service, most likely!). This service also costs a one time $15 fee as it requires an internal migration as well (if you want this option make sure to purchase the temporary hosting here).

What is the difference between the demos?

Our 5 No Hassle Website 3.0 demos are actually exactly the same in terms of functionality and features! The only difference between them is basically just in the colors, fonts and images!

Anything you can do or see on one of the Demos, can be achieved on any of the other Demos! Remember, that you can modify and customize the colors, images and fonts, but our 5 No Hassle Website 3.0 demos are a great start and you can choose to make changes or not, based on your needs, brand etc.

Can I see the different Demo versions of No Hassle Website 3.0?

Who will own my website?

You will be the owner 100%!! Whether you choose to use your own hosting service or ours, you are the owner of your domain, you will have full control of your cpanel (hosting) and you can move, change or do whatever you want with your website!

I want to offer an E-Course and/or Membership Area for my customers, can I do it?

YES! The No Hassle Website 3.0 actually has a cool sister product called No Hassle MEMBERSHIP AND COURSE PLATFORM. It becomes available every few months for only a few days, so if you are planning on creating a course or membership site in the near future, make sure to join the VIP waitlist here so you can be notified as soon as it becomes available again.

Do you offer a Money Back Guarantee?
