I would like to cancel my subscription to The Momentum Makers

We are super sad to hear you want to leave The Momentum Makers, but we understand that sometimes the timing or needs are not a perfect match. That’s OK!

To proceed with the cancellation of your membership, please go to https://themomentummakers.com/cancel-subscription/ and follow the instructions on that page. 

You will remain an active member until your current subscription cycle expires.

My credit card has expired and I need to update it

If you have had a failed renewal attempt due to insufficient funds or because your card has expired, please add the necessary funds to your card, and/or update your credit card information by going to https://themomentummakers.com/cancel-subscription/ and following the instructions on that page. 

Our system will autoamtically attempt to charge your credit card again 3-4 days after the original attempt.

If 2 or more unsuccessful attempts have already occured, your subscription will be cancelled automatically, and if you would like to re-join, you will have to contact us again through by filling out the support ticket form below.

I don’t have access to The Momentum Makers

If you have made a payment but still do not have access to The Momentum Makers, or if your subscription expired and you would like to rejoin, please proceed by filling out the support ticket form below.

Make it easy for us to help you!

  • When filling out the support form below, include ALL the relevant details that would help us help you.
  • Provide us with the correct links/logins/pages (double check passwords etc.) and explain how we can find/recreate the issue on our side.
  • Support tickets that do not include all the necessary information, take significantly longer to resolve and result in a lot of avoidable back-and-forth.
