Members can’t access the membership/course

There are many reasons why a member would not have access to a certain course/membership, however, at the end it usually boils down to one of the following reasons:

Reason #1: They failed to make a payment (insufficient funds or expired card etc.).

Reason #2: A payment went through successfully (you can see it in your Stripe or Paypal account) but for some reason it is not reflected in the “Transactions” area in the backend of MemberPress.

Reason #3: The Rule in the backend of MemberPress is not set up correctly to give your member access to what they have bought.

Please review your records and settings to determine which of the above listed reasons is preventing your member from getting access. (Check the following: Were there any failed transactions? Is the latest transaction for this member showing as expired? Did you receive the payment but the transaction is not showing in MemberPress? Are the rules set up correctly to give access to your member?)

Once you have determined the reason and if you are unable to resolve it, please proceed by filling out the support ticket form below and providing us with all the relevant information.

I have a MemberPress license related question/issue

To cancel your subscription for your MemberPress License, please follow these steps:
  1. Log into your account at https://buy.nohassleplatform.com/account/, using the username and password you created during sign-up.
  2. Look for the “Subscription” tab, where you can easily cancel your subscription.

Help me connect Stripe or Paypal to my account

If you are trying to connect MemberPress to your Stripe or Paypal account, you will need us to enter some login information on our side, and then you will be able to connect to your payment accounts.

How to change Featured Image in Courses/Membership hub page

Go to Dashboard > Memberpress > Courses > then click edit under the course or membership name > then on the right, side look for Featured Image > then replace it with a new image > Update
