Before we proceed with deleting any of your websites, we want to ensure that you are aware of the following steps:

1. Once deleted, your website cannot be used in the future. Please ensure that you have backed up any necessary data or content.
2. We will adjust your hosting plan based on the number of remaining websites without free hosting to ensure accurate billing and resource allocation.

I want to set-up an autopay

If you want to set up a monthly autopayment, you will see the option on your invoice, as long as you make the payment before the invoice due date. If the due date has passed, pay manually for this month, and set up the autopayment next month before the invoice due date.

Here’s how to set up monthly autopayments:

If you’re using Paypal as your payment method:

1. Open your invoice and locate the DEBIT/CREDIT CARD or Paypal Subscribe button at the top right corner.
2. Fill out the required information.
3. Click the “AGREE & SUBSCRIBE” button at the bottom of the page to confirm your autopay setup.

If you’re using a Credit Card as your payment method:

1. Open your invoice and find the PAY NOW button at the top right corner.
2. Fill out the necessary information.
3. Click the “SUBMIT PAYMENT” button at the bottom of the page to confirm.

Important Reminder for the Credit Card as your payment method:

Please contact the bank associated with the card to ensure your autopay setup is successful. We have limited access to check this on our end. Alternatively, you can wait for your next month’s invoice to see if it’s automatically paid.
